Hello my Friends!
Let's talk about camp badges! If your child has been to 4Cats camps before maybe you have heard about these badges anywhere from one to ten thousand times before. They are going to want to see this post. If this is their first camp, they are really going to want to see this post.
Grab your kids we are going to reveal EVERYTHING about the badges and the secret to earning them and specifically the one they REALLY want!
So instead of standing in front of the camp poster during camp dreaming about which badges they want, they can do some serious research. Develop their plan of action for said badge and come in with strategic intention. (haha)
Are you ready?
What are the badges for?
Well, for fun and to celebrate their amazingness! The kids love to earn badges.
Click the badges below to learn what each badge means and how to earn it!
Ok now if your child is registered for camp and they have a specific badge they are trying to earn, tell us here! Each day they get a new badge so they can tell us all the ones they aspire to achieve.
We start the badge ceremony at the end of each day (around 2:45 pm) to celebrate each child and the students look forward to this very much. If you are picking up early please let us know so we can make sure we have one ready for them so they don't miss out. :)
ONE THING TO BE AWARE OF: The junior instructor badge is highly coveted and can't be requested! This one is the rarest of badge of all and often takes a while to earn. The is for the 4Cats kid who really knows the ropes, is super kind and is able to help and mentor both new and veteran kids! Usually reserved for older camp attendees. :)
Behaviour
Please make sure to talk to kids about appropriate behaviour and listening. It is really important the studio is a safe place for all kids. If there are behaviour issues, we will need to arrange immediate pick up and there are no credits or refunds if this happens. We really want to make expectations clear to avoid this. The more we know about your child the better for everyone!
