**takes about 1 hour to make and then you have about 30 mins to finesse
important age guidelines (written in stone)
* Ages 5–7 must bring one registered adult helper per child
* Ages 8–11 can share one registered adult helper between two kids
* Ages 12+ can register solo (as an adult during family times)
