June Workshops

Create your own hand built miniature forest scape using stoneware clay. Make your cup unique by sculpting tiny mushrooms and creating textured moss—like it came right from a forest! After building, book a second session to come back and paint your Forest Cup with brightly coloured underglaze paints. We’ll fire it in our kiln for you to take home 7 days later.

In this clay workshop, you’ll learn to handbuild a coiled bowl from stoneware clay. You’ll also scratch your very own nature inspired design into the bowl—perfect for summer decor! Next, you will book a second session to come back and use your imagination and our brightly coloured underglaze paints to add colour—the most important part of the rainbow! Best made with the company of a friend. The morning rainbow mug is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea!

Be inspired by all the colours of the rainbow and create this Bucket of Rainbows sculpture, perfect for planting! You’ll use brown stoneware clay and learn how to sculpt using clay coils—best for making larger creations! In a second session, you’ll come back to paint and glaze your Bucket of Rainbows. Then, we will fire it in our kiln for you to pick it up 7 days later!

In this painting workshop you’ll drip, spread, scrape, paint and draw to create this mixed media masterpiece! You’ll start by using acrylic paints on 14x14” canvas and have fun mixing many art mediums to create texture. In 1-2 sessions, your painting will be yours to take home!

In this clay workshop, you’ll learn how to hand build a ceramic mug using porcelain or stoneware clay. In a second session you will come back to paint it using underglaze paints for clay and add your own colour expressions!

In this workshop you’ll sculpt these little characters using stoneware clay. After making your little characters we will dry them and fire them in our kiln to be ready 7 days later. Let them explore your desk, shelves, or outdoor patio gardens.
