Running late? Aw man! We understand that sometimes there are unforeseeable issues. These things happen.  Do try your best to not disturb the class any further once you have arrived.

If you are 5-10 minutes late to a workshop it makes it really hard on the instructor and the class. This can be avoided by arriving 5-10 minutes early. The classroom itself will open up 5 minutes before the start of the class so you have time to grab an apron and settle in.

If you know you are running late, please do your best to let the staff know to still expect you. Give us a call as soon as possible so the instructor can prepare your materials for you so you can jump right in when you get there. Please note that arriving late does not mean you will have an extra 10-15 minutes at the end. All workshops end at the scheduled time. If you are late you may not have the opportunity to complete all the steps in the project.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a workshop you are just not going to have enough time to complete the necessary steps in the project and you may not be able to join in. This is at the discretion of the instructor. Understand that we cannot offer a refund or credit if you are late and unable to join the class. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations and transfers and could have had another artist in your place. Thank you for your understanding.

Registration online only. Please note that the studios are busy running workshops, classes and parties. Phone messages are answered as quickly as possible. However, please fill the form below for a faster response from our support team. For all inquiries including workshop transfers and cancellations please fill in the form here.

Please note workshops are sold by the seat. We will not have space for observers. Each person attending must be registered.

Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy in. We use professional, artist grade materials that do not come out of clothing. Paint loves to jump on the least suspecting. The materials we use are non-toxic and wash out of hair and skin easily. Dress informally in loose, comfortable and casual clothing. 4Cats is not responsible for damage to personal property in the studio.

Our policy is to hold art for 2 weeks, please pick up the completed artwork within this time frame. We have lots of eager artists creating many wonderful things and we need to space for new projects. We do our best to hold on as long as possible as we know how precious it is.

Any clay creations will be ready in 2-4 weeks depending on a variety of factors such as clay thickness, humidity and project size. Sorry, but we cannot rush the natural drying process as it would lead to kiln explosions and broken hearts. We fire clay to the best of our abilities in order of creation date.

Kiln clay explosions are unlikely but they do happen. In the event of a clay piece being damaged due to a kilnexplosion, we are happy to provide emotional support and offer you a chance to come in and remake your art piece.

You can check the status of your clay by selecting your studio under ‘Clay Progress’ at the top of the page.

4Cats reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want yourself or a family member photographed, please let us know at the beginning of the workshop.

In the event of a medical emergency, you provide permission to the business doing business as 4Cats Arts Studio, its owners, operators and franchisor from any and all liability to seek medical treatment for the participant.
