Splatter party extra guests & time

Customize your base party booking. Add party time (cake/pizza), increase your guest count, and—for Splatter Paint Parties only—add an optional canvas upgrade per person.

Extra time: add +30 min or +45 min of party time after art.
Guest count: choose total participants 9–20.
Staffing: expecting 16+ guests? Please book for at least 16 now to reserve an extra teacher and space. We may host other events at the same time, and staffing/space must be secured in advance.
Rates: $16 per person per hour for time/guests. At 16+ guests, an extra teacher ($40/hr, art only) is automatically added. (Members save 35% on extra time/guests.)
Canvas upgrade: upgrade each guest’s individual piece from 9×12 watercolour paper to an 8×8 stretched canvas for +$6 per guest. The group keepsake canvas for the birthday person is still included.
Extra teacher fee: this staffing fee is non-refundable once booked, as it reserves dedicated personnel and space.

No-show policy: We don’t issue refunds for no-shows. Instead, we provide a 30-day credit as follows:

Bookings up to 15 guests: credit for any no-show guests, minus the base fee.
Bookings 16+ guests: credit for no-show guests, but a minimum of 16 guests is charged to cover staffing and reserved studio space.

Example: If you book for 18 guests but only 13 attend, the minimum charge is for 16 guests, so 2 guests are credited (18 booked − 16 minimum = 2), not 5.
