β¨ thanks for helping us start and end the day on time β it keeps the whole studio running like a well-oiled paintbrush.
- cancellations β we do not offer refunds at any time. if you need to cancel, we can issue a 30-day credit (to be used on future camps or classes) if you let us know at least 2 weeks before class starts. less than 2 weeksβ notice = no credit.
- late pick-up β please be on time. late pick-ups may result in a fee ($25/20 min/child) β and a very grumpy instructor.
- drop-off only β parents donβt stay during class β kids get the most out of it when theyβre fully on their own.
- finished artwork β most pieces take about 2 weeks to be glazed or fired. we can hold finished artwork for up to 2 months only. please pick up by this time.
We want class to be fun, safe, and inspiring for every kid. hereβs what we expect (and celebrate!) each day:
π What we love to see
- curious questions
- kindness + teamwork
- respect for classmates, staff, and art materials
- following safety rules so everyone stays happy + paint-covered (in a good way)
π« What doesnβt fly
- ignoring instructors
- hands on other kids (keep them on your own art!)
- aggressive, disruptive, or rude behaviour
β οΈ if expectations arenβt met, weβll call you to pick up your child right away. no credit or refund will be provided.
β¨ bottom line: when kids show curiosity, kindness, and creativity, everyone wins π.
