welcome to our art community! we’re all about creating a space filled with kind, respectful, and art-loving people! to keep things running smoothly, here’s what you need to know...
member responsibilities
our memberships are for those who are community minded. at workshops, you’ll be setting up and cleaning up after yourself. it’s all about keeping the studio tidy and ready for the next person. #community 🫶
***it's super important to follow instructions and keep the studio clean for the health and safety of everyone at the studio.***
kindness and respect go a long way. if someone isn’t treating our staff, other members, or the studio itself with respect, they’ll be asked to leave right away. in that case, their membership may be revoked without any credit or refund.
in the event of violent, threatening or inappropriate behaviour, police will be contacted immediately.
please note we have cameras throughout the studio for safety.
members can enroll up to 3 friends to each workshop.
member must be present for all workshop and party bookings as a paid participant.
members can have up to 3 children on their account to register for classes and camps.
members may be required to show ID when they arrive.
our workshops are not “open studio" time. everyone needs to stick to the project they signed up for & follow the sizing guidelines. there is always room for artistic flourishes to make the project unique to you. please talk to your instructor about your idea.
this program is not suitable for professional artists or production potters, people looking for open studio time to create their own designs, or people who want to teach classes from the studio.
read and obey signs and follow instructions.
all artwork must be labelled following studio guidelines. anything unlabelled will not be stored or fired.
we have limited studio space and cannot store work indefinitely. we will store your completed projects for 2 weeks maximum after they are complete.
there are 6 new projects each month. monthly projects are announced and bookable at least 1 month prior.
q: how do I cancel if I can’t make it?
a: in your confirmation email for your booking, use the view/change booking button to change or cancel your booking.
