At 4Cats Camp, kids ages 6–12 explore the life and art of an inspiring artist, then dive into hands-on projects using real materials like clay, paint, and sculpture. It's all about creativity, curiosity, and trying new things—no perfection required. Along the way, campers earn playful, meaningful badges for things like imagination, effort, and problem-solving. Every day brings something new to discover, something fun to make, and a chance to feel proud of the process.

❤️ What we love about camps ❤️
Our camps are set apart from others in how we focus on creating a positive, nurturing, educational atmosphere for students that promotes a culture of respect and acceptance. We start each day by going over behaviour expectations and talk about kindness, etiquette, and safety.

1. Curriculum
We have poured our hearts and souls into crafting an experience that combines the joy of learning with the magic of professional art materials. Prepare for an unforgettable journey that will ignite your child's imagination and unleash their artistic brilliance!
2. Immersive Art Experience
Painting, drawing, clay, printmaking…you name it! Students get to explore new ideas and techniques using artist quality materials in a professional art studio.
3. Art History & Culture
Art history helps children develop a sense of connection and appreciation for different cultures. They learn about the diverse traditions, customs, and beliefs that shape artistic expressions around the world. They find out that art is not just about making pretty pictures; it's also a way to tell stories, show feelings, and keep traditions alive.
4. It’s seriously, just really fun! AND BADGES!
Our art camp is a place where friendships blossom and laughter fills the air. Surrounded by young art enthusiasts, your child will forge connections that extend beyond the canvas. AND they get some awesome BADGES to collect ⭐🏆🎨What to expect from kids camps:
A low-pressure, social space where kids can relax, be themselves, and enjoy creating side by side.
Rotating mediums help keep kids engaged and excited—giving them the chance to try different techniques and discover what they love.
Discovery is more important than perfection.
How do kids camps work:
* Camps are for kids ages 6-12
* New projects each day including painting, drawing, clay, printmaking, etc.
* Our camps are drop off only. Students must be able to walk into the class by themselves, no credits or refunds.
* Please bring at least 2 nut-free snacks, lunch, & a water bottle. Food and beverages are not included.
What are the projects?
We don’t reveal the projects ahead of time — the surprise is part of the fun! Expect seasonal, artist-inspired creations using a kaleidoscope of mediums to keep kids interested and engaged. Every visit is a new creative adventure.

🎨 4Cats Kids Camp Daily Schedule
🚪 Arrive 5 Minutes Early
We start our camp day right at 9:00 AM, so arriving around 8:55 AM gives your young artist the perfect chance to settle in. They’ll have time to hang up their things, get comfy, say hello to their friends and instructors, and start feeling ready to create! This calm start sets the tone for a fun, focused day of art and imagination.
9:00 AM – 9:15 AM
Art Stories to Start the Day
Each morning begins with a cozy welcome and a fun, age-appropriate art history story. We introduce the featured artist of the day through colorful visuals, silly facts, and exciting storytelling. Whether it’s Van Gogh’s swirling skies or Yayoi Kusama’s polka-dot wonderlands, kids learn about legendary artists in a way that sparks curiosity and sets the stage for the projects ahead.
9:15 AM – 10:30 AM
Let’s Make Art!
Now that we’re inspired, it’s time to create! Campers dive into their first big project of the day, based on the artist they just learned about. This is hands-on time with clay, paint, sculpture, or mixed media—whatever best fits the theme. We focus on process over perfection, encouraging kids to explore, experiment, and enjoy getting messy while making something all their own.
10:30 AM – 10:45 AM
Snack & Giggle Break
After all that creativity, it’s time to pause and refuel. Campers take out their nut-free snack from home, chat with new friends, tell silly stories, and enjoy a little downtime before getting back to the fun. It’s the perfect blend of rest and connection.
10:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Project Power-Up
Time to finish our morning masterpiece! Campers return to their projects to add those final flourishes—maybe a swirl of color, a few extra details, or a special signature. We wrap up with a group “look what I made!” moment, where everyone is invited (but never pressured) to share and admire each other's work.
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
Lunch & Chill Time
We take a relaxing lunch break where campers can enjoy their food from home in a calm, social setting. Instructors keep things peaceful with soft music and cozy vibes. After eating, campers are welcome to read, draw, or play quiet games while their food settles and energy recharges for the afternoon.
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
Optional Creative Drawing Time
This is a low-key, optional part of the day where kids can join in a simple and fun art activity focused on drawing. They might sketch their favorite part of the morning project, design a creature from their imagination, or just doodle for joy. It’s all about freedom and flow—no pressure, just a fun way to keep the creative energy going.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon Art Adventure
With lunch behind us and ideas flowing, we jump into a fresh project using new materials or techniques. This might be sculpting, painting, or collage—each day offers something different and exciting. We guide kids step-by-step while giving them room to personalize and explore their own vision. It's all about having fun while building skills and confidence.
2:00 PM – 2:15 PM
Second Snack Stop
One last snack break to recharge those creative minds and bodies. It’s a short and sweet pause before we wrap up the day, with time to laugh, chat, and prepare for our final activities.
2:15 PM – 2:45 PM
Clean-Up & Art History Story Time
We spend this time tidying up our art spaces and sharing one final art history story. Campers help clean up the studio in a cooperative and fun way, then settle in to listen to another art story. These stories serve as a creative wind-down, leaving kids inspired and calm as the day comes to a close.
2:45 PM – 3:00 PM
Badge Ceremony & Big Smiles
We wrap up the day with a special badge ceremony! Each camper receives a badge celebrating their creativity, effort, or something wonderful they contributed during the day. It’s a moment of pride and joy, complete with high-fives and applause.
3:00 PM – 3:15 PM
Art Gallery Time
Now it’s time for the Art Gallery! Parents are invited to come in and admire all the incredible art their kids have made. The room transforms into a mini-gallery showcasing the campers’ masterpieces. It’s a proud moment where kids can share their work and receive cheers from their families.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
After Care + Bonus Project
Need a little more time? Our After Care hour is a relaxed, supervised space for campers who stay until 4:00 PM. During this time, we offer a bonus mini project—something light, simple, and fun that kids can choose to participate in if they’d like. It’s a calm, happy way to end the day with one last burst of creativity!
