Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and human—because we know that life happens.

If something unexpected comes up, you may cancel your booking within the posted cancellation window and receive studio credit. All credits are issued as a gift card sent to the email address used for the booking. Gift cards are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended. Credits can be applied toward any future workshop, class, or event.

The policy also works the other way. If we need to cancel a class or event—most often due to staff illness or severe weather—you will receive studio credit.

This policy is built around fairness and consistency. It allows flexibility when plans change while ensuring we can operate responsibly as a small business. All bookings are final sale and non-refundable.
