Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and human—because we know that life happens.

If something unexpected comes up, you’re welcome to cancel your booking and receive studio credit, provided it’s within the posted cancellation window. That credit is valid for 30 days and can be used toward any future workshop, class, or event. Kids get sick. Schedules change. Family emergencies happen. We’re happy to offer this option so you don’t lose out when things are out of your control.

The policy also works the other way. On the rare occasion that we need to cancel a class or event—most often due to staff illness or severe weather—we’ll issue studio credit as well, so you can rebook when it works for you.

This policy is built around fairness and trust. It gives our guests peace of mind when life throws a curveball, and it gives our team a clear, consistent way to handle the rare moments when something unexpected happens on our end. Emergencies don’t only happen to customers—they happen to small businesses and real people, too—and this approach ensures that everyone is treated with the same care and respect. There are no refunds.
