We ship Canada wide via Canada Post. Free Shipping on all orders OVER $49.99! Allow 2-3 business days for order processing and 3-5 days for shipping.

Refunds

Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@25cats.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping fees incurred by us will not be refunded. We do not cover return shipping costs. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, products with attached digital downloads as well as pens and markers.

Gift Cards, Credits & Refunds
Have a gift card or code that's not working? Please email before completing your purchase. We do not provide refunds after purchases—No Exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Online Tutorials
Orders with online tutorials will receive either a link sent to the purchaser's email address or be included in the mailed order. Products with online tutorials are non-refundable.

If you receive an emailed link, the link will be sent when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it. The password for your online tutorial is valid for 60 days from your first login, after which you will not have access to the tutorial. Within this 60 day period if you have questions or trouble accessing your tutorial please email hello@25cats.com.
