Add-On Options

Extra art time: +30 minutes (total 90 minutes of art)
Party time after art: +30 or +45 minutes (for cake, pizza, presents, photos)

Staffing

For 16+ guests, an additional instructor is automatically added
(+$40/hour, applies to the art portion only — 60 or 90 minutes)

Party Details Form

After booking, you’ll receive a party details form in your confirmation email.
This is where you’ll choose your art project/theme, share participant names, and let us know any helpful details for your party.

Please submit the form asap so we can prepare materials in advance.

Who Counts as a Guest

Any person inside the studio during party time is considered a guest
Up to 2 observing adults are included for a child’s party
The studio is a communal space unless you book out the entire studio

Time & Flow

Art time: 60 or 90 minutes (guided, instructor-led)
Party time (optional):
30 minutes → cake only
45 minutes → cake + lunch
Food setup and clean-up are handled by parents or guests

Typical Timeline

5–10 minutes before start: Arrival & sign-in
Art time: Step-by-step project instruction
Last 3–5 minutes: Hand washing + table reset
Party time (if booked): Parent-supervised celebration time

Artwork Pickup

Finished artwork is ready in approximately 14 days
Artwork is stored in the studio for up to 2 months

Oven-Bake Clay Choices

Our oven-bake clay projects are great for all skill levels. We use Ditto brand oven-bake clay, the coloured blocks are incredibly malleable to use. Once baked, it is solid, permanent and ready to be displayed. Figures approx. 1 wide × 2.5 height.

Earthenware Clay Choices

Our earthenware clay projects are great for all skill levels. Each person hand-builds their own clay creation from scratch and applies coloured glaze for the details. Once it's dried, we will fire it in our kiln and it'll be ready for pickup in 14 days. Cups are approx. 2.5 diameter × 2.5 height.

Painting Choices

Our painting projects are great for all skill levels. Each guest will create ONE painting on an 8×8 stretched canvas using acrylics paints. Choose from the following options: Cat, Dog, Unicorn, Panda or Sloth.

Besties Portrait

Celebrate your special day, team, or family by spending time with your friends creating a personalized, 3D Besties Portrait.

Each guest creates two colourful "mini-me" figures! One mini-me sculpture transformed into a magnet for you to take home! The other mini-me will become part of the group masterpiece. The final magnificent group portrait is mounted on an 8×16 painted wooden panel for the birthday person to take home and treasure!
